Trickling stream over stones that gleam Onwards sunlight forest beams Wildlife scurry in fern and earth Nature lost in universe Bark and fungi, lichen, flower Insects, berries, trees that tower Heather purple, leaves of gold Time unravel past untold.

Cornish drive.

Branches keep evolving Like tenticles unrolling Creeping overhead Arching into bend Along the silent road Different shapes begin to mold Narrower it stretches Wider are the trenches Trees on either side Shadows dance and hide Misty night rolls in Cornish path to tin.

Silence Morning mist Dew on cobweb Warmth sunlight Stream ripple, stir From still of night Sway corn, swish wind New day delight.
